With over 17 years of experience in the areas of Real Estate Law, Wills and Estates, Corporate Commercial Law and Debt Collection, Kevin Fanick of Fanick Law has focused his attention in the past few years to assisting individuals with purchasing and selling their homes.

Kevin's goal is to provide his clients with one-on-one assistance with the purchase and sale of their home.  He strives to provide his clients with as much information as they need in order to make their experience a satisfying one.  Purchasing or selling can be a very stressful time in anyone's life.  Kevin will make sense out of the process -- affording his clients a smooth transition from one property to another.  Refinancing assistance is also given allowing a stress-free approach to your transaction.

Originally from Windsor, Kevin attended the University of Windsor where he obtained both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Arts, with a major in Philosophy.  He subsequently obtained a Law Degree from the University, articled in Windsor and was called to the Bar in 1991.  Relocating to Burlington, Ontario, Kevin practiced law with a small litigation firm working principally in mortgage remedy and debit collection and recovery for a large Canadian bank.  At that time, Kevin's practice also included Real Estate purchase and sales, wills and estates and personal injury.

In 1999, Kevin Fanick returned to Windsor, Ontario where his practice again expanded to include corporate commercial.  In June, 2008 Kevin opened his own offices, conveniently located within the offices of Remo Valente Real Estate (1990) Limited on Dougall Road in South Windsor.
